Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, there are some people who are sources of goodness and prevent the ways of evil, and there are some who are sources of evil and prevent the ways of goodness. Glad tidings are for the person through whose hands Allah opens the paths of goodness, and destruction is for the person through whose hands Allah opens the paths of evil."
