Importance of health and cool water
Hadith 2219
- " إن أول ما يحاسب به العبد يوم القيامة أن يقال له: ألم أصح لك جسمك وأروك من الماء البارد؟ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "On the Day of Resurrection, the very first reckoning of a servant will be as follows: it will be said to him, 'Did I not make your body healthy? Did I not quench your thirst with cool water?'"
