Reward for forgiveness
Hadith 2176
- " ما من رجل يجرح في جسده جراحة، فيتصدق بها، إلا كفر الله عنه مثل ما تصدق به ".
Sayyiduna ‘Ubādah bin Sāmit (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “When a person is wounded and then he forgives (the one who wronged him), Allah Almighty erases (his sins) in proportion to his forgiveness.”
