- " قل لخالد لا يقتلن امرأة ولا عسيفا ".
Sayyiduna Rabah bin Rabi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in a battle. He saw some people crowding over something and sent a man (saying), “Go and see what the people are gathered over.” He returned and said, “They are gathered over a slain woman.” The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “She should not have been killed.” At that time, the commander of the vanguard was Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a message through a man, saying, “Tell Khalid not to kill a woman nor any servant.”
