Hadith 2157
- " ضعوا ما كان معكم من الأنفال ".
Uthman bin Arqam bin Abu Arqam narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of Badr: "Whatever spoils of war you have, set them aside." Abu Sa'id Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) set aside the sword of Ibn 'Aidh Marzban. Arqam bin Abu Arqam recognized it and said: O Messenger of Allah, give this to me. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave it to him.
