Red or silk saddlecloth is forbidden
Hadith 1982
- " نهى عن ميثرة الأرجوان ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (the use of) a red saddlecloth.
