الاضاحي والزبائح والاطعمة والاشربة والعقيقة والرفق بالحيوانBook of Sacrifice, Slaughter, Food, Drink, Aqiqah, and Kindness to Animals
Do not eat animals killed by tied arrows, etc.
Hadith 1927
- " نهى عن أكل المجثمة، وهي التي تصبر بالنبل ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating «مجثمه», and it is that (bird or game) which is tied up and then shot with an arrow.
