What should the slaughtering tool be like?
Hadith 1916
- " كل ما أفرى الأوداج، ما لم يكن قرض ناب أو حز ظفر ".
Sayyiduna Abu Umamah Bahili (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Eat (the meat of that animal) whose veins are cut by anything, as long as it is not killed by the bite of a tooth or the tear of a nail."
