Two dead and two bloods are lawful
Hadith 1884
- " أحلت لنا ميتتان ودمان، فأما الميتتان فالحوت والجراد وأما الدمان فالكبد والطحال ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two dead animals and two types of blood have been made lawful for us. The two dead animals are fish and locusts, and the two types of blood are the liver and the spleen."
