Zamzam water is nourishing food
Hadith 1841
- " كنا نسميها شباعة (يعني: زمزم) وكنا نجدها نعم العون على العيال ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says: We used to call (Zamzam) «شباعه» "the one that fills," and we used to find it the best helper for our families (in matters of food and drink).
