Zamzam water is nourishing food
Hadith 1839
- " نهى " وفي لفظ: زجر " عن الشرب قائما ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade drinking water while standing.
