Severe condemnation of the drunkard
Hadith 1795
- " مدمن الخمر إن مات لقي الله كعابد وثن ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a habitual wine drinker dies in that state, he will meet Allah in a condition as if he were a worshipper of idols."
