Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most severely tested person in the world, who will be among the people of Paradise, will be brought. Allah Almighty will say: 'Make him take a round of Paradise.' So the angels will make him take a round of Paradise. Then Allah Almighty will ask him: 'O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any hardship or anything unpleasant in the world?' He will say: 'By Your honor! I have never seen anything unpleasant.' Then the most prosperous person in the world, who will be among the people of Hell, will be brought. Allah Almighty will say: 'Dip him once into Hell.' Then Allah Almighty will ask: 'O son of Adam! Did you ever see any good or anything pleasing or comforting?' He will say: 'By Your honor! I have never seen any good, comfort, or coolness of the eyes until today.'"
