Hearts of mankind are under Allah's control and its implication
Hadith 165
- " إن قلوب بني آدم كلها بين إصبعين من أصابع الرحمن كقلب واحد يصرفه كيف يشاء. ثم يقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : اللهم مصرف القلوب صرف قلوبنا إلى طاعتك ".
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "The hearts of the children of Adam are between two fingers of the Most Merciful, like one heart. He turns them as He wills." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made this supplication: "O Turner of the hearts, turn our hearts towards Your obedience."
