Reward for visiting the sick
Hadith 1648
- " من عاد مريضا لم يزل يخوض في الرحمة حتى يجلس، فإذا جلس اغتمس فيها ".
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever goes to visit a sick person, he keeps entering (Allah's) mercy until he sits down, and when he sits down, he becomes immersed in mercy."
