Zamzam is nourishing food
Hadith 1645
- (إنها مباركة، إنها طعامُ طُعْمٍ) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is blessed and it is food that nourishes." He (may Allah be pleased with him) meant the water of Zamzam.
