Hadith 1421
- " إنما النذر ما ابتغي به وجه الله ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A vow is only that by which the pleasure of Allah, the Exalted, is sought."
