After conquest of Makkah, allegiance is for Islam, not migration
Hadith 1407
- " لا، بل يبايع على الإسلام، فإنه لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ويكون من التابعين بإحسان ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mujashi‘ bin Mas‘ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he brought his nephew to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) so that he could pledge allegiance to you for Hijrah. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, now there will only be pledge of allegiance for Islam, because after the conquest of Makkah, Hijrah no longer remains. Now he will be among those who follow (them)."
