Inheritance pact with non-heirs is abrogated
Hadith 1297
- " ما كان من حلف في الجاهلية فتمسكوا به، ولا حلف في الإسلام ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qais bin Asim (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fulfill the agreements that were made in the time of ignorance, and in Islam, no such agreement will be effective (that makes someone an heir without reason)."
