Amount of retribution for head injury
Hadith 1291
- " ليس في المأمومة قود ".
Sayyiduna Talhah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no retribution (qisas) for a head injury."
