Guest can claim his right from host
Hadith 1263
- " أيما ضيف نزل بقوم، فأصبح الضيف محروما، فله أن يأخذ بقدر قراه، ولا حرج عليه ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a guest stays with a people and is deprived of hospitality by them in the morning, then he has the right to take from them something equal to the amount of his hospitality; there will be no blame upon him in this."
