Debt is an enemy of peace
Hadith 1166
- " لا تخيفوا أنفسكم بعد أمنها، قالوا: وما ذاك يا رسول الله؟ قال: الدين ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not make yourself fearful after having security." The Companions asked: O Messenger of Allah! What does this statement mean? He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Debt."
