Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Sahihah

Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says: In the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to keep the meat of the sacrifice as provisions, and it would remain with us until we reached Madinah Munawwarah.
