باب ما جاء فى حجامة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمChapter: What has been reported concerning the cupping of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
Earnings of the cupper are lawful
Hadith 360
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَرْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ: «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْتَجَمَ وَأَمَرَنِي فَأَعْطَيْتُ الْحَجَّامَ أَجْرَهُ»
It is narrated from Amir al-Mu'minin Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had cupping done and ordered me to pay its fee, so I paid the barber his fee.
