Hadith 348
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: Whenever any injustice or excess was done to the Prophet (peace be upon him), I never saw him taking revenge or seeking retribution for it. But when the sanctities of Allah were violated and dishonored, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would become the most angry. And whenever he was given a choice between two matters, he would choose the easier of the two, provided it was not sinful.
