Hadith 337
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: «جَاءَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ برَاكِبِ بَغْلٍ وَلَا بِرْذَوْنٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, who says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came to me, and he was neither riding a mule nor a Turkish horse (rather, he came on foot).
