Hadith 256
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that whenever the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would lie down on his bed at night, he would bring his two palms together, blow into them, and then recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas into them. Then, as much as possible, he would wipe his hands over his body, beginning with his head, face, and the front part of his body. He (peace and blessings be upon him) would do this three times.
