Hadith 251
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that one night the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told a story to his wives, so one of the women said: "This story is like the story of Khurafa." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you know who Khurafa was? (Then he himself said:) He was a man from Banu Udhra whom the jinn had captured during the time of ignorance and he remained among them for a period of time. Then the jinn sent him back to the humans. He used to narrate to the people the strange and wondrous events he had seen among the jinn, so people would say: 'This is a Khurafa tale.'"
