Eating cooked food does not break wudu
Hadith 175
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنِ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنَّهُ «رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ مِنْ أَكْلِ ثَوْرِ أَقِطٍ، ثُمَّ رَآهُ أَكَلَ مِنْ كَتِفِ شَاةٍ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, perform ablution after eating pieces of cheese. Then (on another occasion) he saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, eat the meat of a goat's shoulder and he did not perform ablution.
