Best meat is from the back
Hadith 170
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ شَيْخًا، مِنْ فَهْمٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ أَطْيَبَ اللَّحْمِ لَحْمُ الظَّهْرِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The best meat is that of the back."
Hadith 171
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمَؤَمَّلِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «نِعْمَ الْإِدَامُ الْخَلُّ»
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best condiment is vinegar."
