Hadith 166
حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: «أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِلَحْمٍ فَرُفِعَ إِلَيْهِ الذِّرَاعُ وَكَانَتْ تُعْجِبُهُ فَنَهَسَ مِنْهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: Some meat was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the foreleg (shank) was presented to him, and this part was very much liked by him, so he cut it with his teeth and ate it.
