Hadith 103
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had a ring made of gold, and he used to wear it on his right hand. So the people also had gold rings made. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) discarded that ring and said: "I will never wear it." So the people also discarded their rings.
