باب ما جاء فى شعر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمChapter: What has been reported concerning the hair of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
He (peace be upon him) Had Four Locks of Hair
Hadith 28
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي عُمَرَ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، قَالَتْ: «قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَكَّةَ قَدْمَةً وَلَهُ أَرْبَعُ غَدَائِرَ»
It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Hani (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once came to Makkah the Exalted, he had four locks of blessed hair.
