باب ما جاء فى خلق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمChapter: What has been reported concerning the physical appearance of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
His Complexion Was White and Luminous
Hadith 12
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْمَصَاحِفِيُّ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبْيَضَ كَأَنَّمَا صِيغَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، رَجِلَ الشَّعْرِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the blessed complexion of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was so white and radiant as if it had been molded from silver, and his blessed hair was curly (wavy).
