It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had a ring made of silver, and it remained in his (peace be upon him) hand, then it was in the hand of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him), then in the hand of Sayyiduna Umar Farooq (may Allah be pleased with him), then it came into the hand of Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) until it fell into the well of Aris. Its inscription was «مُحَمَّدٌرَّسُولُاللَّهِ».
