Sayyida Rabi’ah bint Mu’awwiz bin ‘Afra’ (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I brought a tray of fresh dates and small cucumbers, on which there was still some fuzz, to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave me a handful of jewelry and gold.
