حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: «إِنَّمَا كَانَ فِرَاشُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الَّذِي يَنَامُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهُ لِيفٌ»
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that the blessed bedding of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on which he used to sleep was made of leather, filled with palm fibers.
