The Prophet prayed thirteen rak‘ahs at night
Hadith 265
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: «كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray thirteen (13) rak‘ahs at night.
