باب ما جاء فى عمامة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمChapter: What has been reported concerning the turban of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
Wearing a turban during the sermon is Sunnah
Hadith 115
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، وَيُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُسَاوِرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرُو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Huraith, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon to the people while there was a black turban on his blessed head.
