باب ما جاء فى صفة سيف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلمChapter: What has been reported concerning the description of the sword of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
The Prophet’s sword hilt was silver
Hadith 104
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: «كَانَتْ قَبِيعَةُ سَيْفِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that the handle of the sword of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was made of silver.
