جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(416) بَابُ ذِكْرِ حَجِّ الصِّبْيَانِ قَبْلَ الْبُلُوغِ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْوُجُوبِ،
Children performing Hajj before puberty is not obligatory.
Hadith Q3049
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ قَوْلَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثٍ "، أَرَادَ الْقَلَمَ مِمَّا يَكُونُ إِثْمًا وَوِزْرًا عَلَى الْبَالِغِ إِذَا ارْتَكَبَهُ، لَا أَنَّ الْقَلَمَ مَرْفُوعٌ عَنْ كِتَابَةِ الْحَسَنَاتِ لِلصَّبِيِّ إِذَا عَمِلَهَا
And the explanation of the evidence that the statement of the Prophet (peace be upon him) that the pen has been lifted from three persons: by this, he meant that the sins committed by these individuals will not be recorded as they are recorded for an adult person.
Hadith 3049
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُهُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ كُرَيْبًا يُخْبِرُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدَرَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بِالرَّوْحَاءِ اسْتَقْبَلَهُ رَكْبٌ ، فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ ، فَقَالَ : " مَنِ الْقَوْمُ ؟ " قَالَ : الْمُسْلِمُونَ ، فَمَنْ أَنْتُمْ ؟ فَقَالَ : " رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ، فَفَزِعَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْهُمْ فَرَفَعَتْ صَبِيًّا لَهَا مِنْ مَخَفٍّ ، فَأَخَذَتْ بِعَضَلِهِ ، فَقَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، هَلْ لِهَذَا حَجٌّ ؟ قَالَ : " وَلَكِ أَجْرُهُ " ، قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ : فَحَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ فَحَجَّ بِأَهْلِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : فَفَزِعْتُ ، وَقَالَ : فَقَالَتْ : أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ ؟ قَالَ : وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ ، وَقَالَ فِي كُلِّهَا : عَنْ
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was returning from Makkah Mukarramah and reached the place of Rauha, he met a caravan. He greeted them with salam and asked, "Who are you?" They replied, "We are Muslims." Then they asked, "Who are you?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "I am the Messenger of Allah." Among them, a woman became anxious, took her child out of the cradle, lifted him up by the arm, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, is there Hajj for this child?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "Yes, and you will have the reward for it." Ibrahim bin Uqbah says that when I narrated this hadith to Ibn al-Munkadir, he performed Hajj with all his family members. In Sufyan's narration, these words are not mentioned that the woman became anxious and said, "Is there Hajj for him?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "(Yes) and you will have the reward for it." These words have been narrated.
