Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(413) بَابُ هَدْيِ النَّاذِرِ بِالْحَجِّ مَاشِيًا، فَيَعْجِزُ عَنِ الْمَشْيِ وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى الْخَبَرَيْنِ اللَّذَيْنِ ذَكَرْتُهُمَا فِي الْبَابِ قَبْلُ، مُخْتَصَرَيْنِ عَلَى مَا ذَكَرْتُ
The sacrifice for one who vowed to perform Hajj on foot but became unable, and evidence for the previous two narrations.
Hadith 3045
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ أُخْتِهِ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنْ نَذْرِ أُخْتِكَ لِتَرْكَبْ ، وَلْتَهْدِ بَدَنَةً "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about his sister, who had vowed to walk to the Sacred Ka'bah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has no need of your sister's vow. She should ride (on a mount) and take a camel to Makkah for sacrifice."
