جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(409) بَابُ الْعُمْرَةِ عَنِ الَّذِي لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْعُمْرَةَ مِنَ الْكِبَرِ
Umrah on behalf of one unable to perform it due to old age.
Hadith 3040
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ سَلامٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ أَوْسٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ رَزِينٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنَّ أَبِي شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ ، وَلا الظَّعْنَ ، قَالَ : " حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ ، وَاعْتَمِرْ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Razin (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that he said: O Messenger of Allah, my father is an old man who is not able to perform Hajj and Umrah or to travel. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You perform Hajj and Umrah on behalf of your father."
