Hadith Q3001
And the explanation of the evidence that the statement of the Prophet (ﷺ), "No one should return without performing the last circumambulation (Tawaf) of the Ka'bah," refers to people other than menstruating women, but in the hadith narrated in this regard, the mention of the menstruating woman is general, while the intent is specific.
Hadith 3001
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that whoever performs Hajj should make the last act in Makkah the circumambulation (Tawaf) of the Sacred House (Baytullah), except for menstruating women, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted them exemption from performing the Farewell Tawaf.
