(379) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْإِدْلَاجِ بِالِارْتِحَالِ مِنَ الْحَصْبَةِ، اقْتِدَاءً بِفِعْلِ الْمُصْطَفَى- عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ-.
Recommendation to travel at night when leaving al-Muhassab, following the Prophet.
Hadith 2997
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَاشِمٍ زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ الأَسْوَدُ : قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : " لَقِيتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُدْلِجًا مِنَ الأَبْطَحِ ، وَهُوَ يَصْعَدُ وَأَنَا أَنْزِلُ ، أَوْ يَنْزِلُ وَأَنَا أَصْعَدُ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I (after completing Umrah) met the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) in the valley of Abtah during the last part of the night when you were ascending (towards Makkah Mukarramah) and I was descending into the valley, or you were descending and I was ascending.
Hadith 2998
حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي الْحَنَفِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَفْلَحٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ ، وَقَالَ فِي الْخَبَرِ : " فَأَذِنَ بِالرَّحِيلِ فِي أَصْحَابِهِ يَعْنِي مِنَ الْمُحَصَّبِ ، فَارْتَحَلَ النَّاسُ ، فَمَرَّ بِالْبَيْتِ قَبْلَ صَلاةِ الصُّبْحِ ، فَطَافَ بِهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ ، فَرَكِبَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ مُتَوَجِّهًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that we set out on a journey with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), then she narrated the complete hadith. In this narration, these words are mentioned: When you ordered your companions to depart in the valley of Muhassab, the people set out. Then, at the time of the morning prayer, you passed by the Sacred House (the Ka'bah), so you performed its circumambulation, then came out and mounted your ride, and then you set out towards Madinah Munawwarah.
