جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(371) بَابُ وَقْتِ النَّفْرِ مِنْ مِنًى آخِرَ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ.
Time for leaving Mina on the last day of Tashreeq.
Hadith 2980
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى الصَّدَفِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ بْنَ دِعَامَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ ، وَالْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ وَرَقَدَ رَقْدَةً بِالْمُحَصَّبِ ، ثُمَّ رَكِبَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ ، فَطَافَ بِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ بَصْرِيٌ لَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : قَرَأَ عَلَيَّ أَبُو مُوسَى هَذَا ، قَالَ : كَتَبَ إِلَيَّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the Zuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers in the valley of Muhassab, then he slept for a while, then he mounted and reached the Sacred House (Baytullah) and performed the Farewell Tawaf. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that this hadith is gharib; only Amr bin Harith has narrated it. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Abu Musa recited this hadith to me. He says that Ahmad bin Salih sent me this narration in writing from the chain of Ibn Wahb.
