جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(369) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا.
Permission for shepherds to stone on one day and skip another.
Hadith 2976
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، " أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا يَوْمًا ، وَيَدَعُوا يَوْمًا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted concession to the shepherds that they may perform the stoning (Rami) on one day and not on the other day.
Hadith 2977
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، بِمِثْلِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Hazrat Abu al-Baddah narrates from his esteemed father Sayyiduna Asim (may Allah be pleased with him) a narration similar to the one mentioned above.
Hadith 2978
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَدَّاحِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ " رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرُّعَاةِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا الْجِمَارَ يَوْمًا ، وَيَرْعَوْا يَوْمًا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the shepherds to throw (the pebbles of two days together) in one day and leave it on the other day, and to graze their camels.
