جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(368) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ لِلرِّعَاءِ فِي رَمْيِ الْجِمَارِ بِاللَّيْلِ.
Permission for shepherds to stone the Jamrat at night.
Hadith 2975
حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَدَّاحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِلرِّعَاءِ أَنْ يَرْمُوا بِاللَّيْلِ ، وَأَنْ يَجْمَعُوا الرَّمْيَ "
Abu al-Baddah bin Asim bin Adi narrates from his noble father Sayyiduna Asim bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the shepherds to perform the stoning at night and to combine (the stoning of) two days.
