جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(363) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ رَمْيَ الْجِمَارِ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ لِإِقَامَةِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ لَا لِلرَّمْيِ فَقَطْ.
Clarification that stoning the Jamrat is for the remembrance of Allah, not just the act itself.
Hadith 2970
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الطَّوَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ ، وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، وَرَمْيُ الْجِمَارِ لإِقَامَةِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the Tawaf of the House of Allah, the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and the stoning of the Jamarat have been prescribed for the establishment of the remembrance of Allah, the Exalted."
