جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(356) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ بِدِلَالَةٍ لَا بِتَصْرِيحٍ.

Hadith 2960
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الضَّبِّيُّ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو . ح وحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ سُحَيْمٍ ، " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ " ، وَقَالَ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ : بَعَثَهُ أَيَّامَ مِنًى أَنْ يُنَادِيَ : " لا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ ، إِلا نَفْسٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ ، وَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ " ، قَدْ خَرَّجْتُ هَذَا الْبَابَ بِتَمَامِهِ ، كِتَابَ الصَّوْمِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bishr bin Suhaim (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered him to make an announcement during the days of Tashreeq. In the narration of Janab Mukhrami, it is mentioned that he sent him to make an announcement during the days of Mina that only believers will enter Paradise, and indeed the days of Mina are days of eating and drinking.
